Insurance and finance

Websites that build trust before the first call

For insurance brokerages, insurance agents and financial advisers. Clients who find you when they compare, understand how you work and arrive knowing you are registered.

In insurance and finance, people buy trust

Nobody takes out their company’s insurance or hires an adviser for their savings on impulse. They compare, ask people they know, read reviews or ask an AI tool. Whoever inspires the most trust during that search gets the call.

Many brokerage websites are a catalogue of insurance lines, much like the insurers’ own sites. They do not explain who they work for, how they advise or why clients should choose them. And they do not show up when someone searches for “business insurance broker in Castellón”.

The sector also has its own advertising rules. A website that visibly complies with them is also a sign of professionalism.

What we do for your sector

  1. 01

One page per client and need

Companies, self-employed professionals, owners’ associations and individuals. Each page explains the problem, how you solve it and what you compare on the client’s behalf.

  2. 02

    Google Business Profile and reviews

A complete profile and reviews from real clients, requested in line with Google’s policy, so you show up when people search in your area.

  3. 03

    AI visibility

Get ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini to mention you when someone asks them to recommend a brokerage or an adviser.

  4. 04

    Content that answers questions

What public liability insurance for the self-employed covers, or how to compare health insurance. With sources and without promising anything that does not depend on you.

  5. 05

    A form that screens enquiries

Type of client, line of insurance and renewal date of the current policy. So you call at the right moment, not after they have already renewed with someone else.

What your website must respect

Brokers: prominent identification

A broker’s advertising must prominently display the expressions “corredor de seguros” or “correduría de seguros” (insurance broker or insurance brokerage). It must also show its registration and its professional indemnity insurance, under article 158 of Royal Decree-Law 3/2020 (Real Decreto-ley 3/2020). If an insurer holds a significant stake in the brokerage, this must also be stated.

Agents: exclusive or linked

Agents must state prominently whether they are an exclusive agent (agente exclusivo) or a linked agent (agente vinculado), the insurer or insurers they act for and their registration number. In online advertising, they must also mention the insurers they have an agency contract with (article 144).

Customer service within a month

A brokerage must have a customer service department and give its details on the website: addresses, channels, deadline and rules of procedure. Since Law 10/2025 (Ley 10/2025), the deadline to resolve a complaint is one month (Law 44/2002, article 29.5).

If you offer or compare insurance

Prominently publish your comparison criteria, the insurers you work with and how you are paid. Also state whether the final price is guaranteed and how often you update the data (article 134.3).

A public register that builds trust

Any client can check whether an intermediary is registered in the distributor search tool of the Directorate-General for Insurance (Dirección General de Seguros). Linking to it from your website is a free way to show you can be trusted.

Financial advisers: reserved names

“Empresa de asesoramiento financiero” (financial advisory firm) and “EAF” are reserved for entities registered with the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV). And advice can only be called “independent” if it meets the requirements of Law 6/2023 on securities markets (Ley 6/2023), articles 129 and 214. Advertising of investment products must also follow CNMV Circular 2/2020: visible warnings, nothing important in footnotes and caution with past performance.

Paid ads

Law 6/2023 (article 246.3) requires search engines and social networks to check that anyone advertising investment services is authorised before publishing their ads. So make sure everything is in order before launching campaigns.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to what people ask us before we start.

Do you work with small brokerages?

Yes. A brokerage with a portfolio of business clients or an adviser with recurring clients is exactly the kind of business we work for: a new client is worth a lot over the years.

What must appear on a brokerage’s website?

The expression “corredor de seguros” or “correduría de seguros” displayed prominently, the entry in the register and the professional indemnity insurance. Also the customer service department, with its one-month deadline, and the details required by the LSSI. We prepare it with the rules to hand and you approve it before publication.

Can I publish client reviews?

Yes, if they are real and the client authorises it. On the website, explain whether you guarantee they come from real clients and how you process them. They must also refer to services used in the 30 days before the date of each review (article 20.4 of the Consumer Protection Act, Ley de Consumidores). In investment services, if you share client posts that praise your product on social media, the CNMV holds you responsible for them (Circular 2/2020, annex, section I.12).

Can I run Google Ads?

Yes, but Google has its own policies for financial services and, for investment services, the law requires platforms to check your authorisation. We check those policies before creating the account.

How do I stand out from comparison sites?

By explaining what a comparison site does not do: advise, review cover and be there when there is a claim. The website has to show the people and the process, not just the products.

Do clients find you when they compare?

Tell us which clients you want to reach and in which area. We review your website and your profile and tell you what we would change first.
