Tax and accounting firms
Websites that bring your firm the clients worth having
Companies and self-employed professionals with a solid turnover who are looking for someone to handle their tax, accounts or payroll. Not just “how much do you charge for a tax return?” enquiries.
Your clients do not search for “accountancy firm”. They search for what worries them
A self-employed professional with a healthy turnover does not type “accountancy firm” into Google. They search for “accountant for freelancers in Castellón”, “who can handle my VAT” or “switch accountants”. A company looks for someone to handle its accounts and corporation tax (Impuesto sobre Sociedades). And some people ask an AI tool.
If your website has a single “Services” page with a list, it answers none of those searches. And the generic form fills your inbox with price enquiries you will never close.
Demand also follows a calendar: the annual income tax campaign (la Renta), quarterly returns and corporation tax determine when people look for you. Your website needs to be ready before each deadline, not during it.

What we do for your sector
- 01
One page per service and client
Self-employed people, companies, payroll, inheritance and income tax. Each page answers that client’s search and explains what the service includes and how you work.
- 02
Google Business Profile and local SEO
A complete profile, in the right category and with reviews from real clients, to show up on the map when people search for an accountant in your city.
- 03
AI visibility
Get ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini to mention you when a self-employed professional asks them to recommend an accountant in your area.
- 04
Content on a calendar
Articles that answer the questions each deadline raises, published in good time: income tax, quarterly returns, corporation tax and Verifactu.
- 05
A form that screens enquiries
Simple questions about type of client, volume and service. You know who is writing before you call, and you reply first to the ones that fit.
What your firm’s website must comply with
Mandatory information on the website
If you practise a regulated profession, the website must state your professional association (colegio) and your membership number, as required by article 10 of the Information Society Services Act (Ley 34/2002, LSSI). It must also state your qualification and the professional rules that apply to you. We explain the rest of the legal notice in our guide to the legal notice, privacy policy and cookies.
Advertising rules depend on your professional association
The code of professional conduct for administrative agents (gestores administrativos) requires all advertising to show the “Ga” mark and the professional association. The code for economists prohibits mentioning clients without their express authorisation. The code for labour relations advisers (graduados sociales) does not allow comparisons with other professionals or references to lower prices.
A calendar that drives demand
In 2026, the income tax return campaign ran from 8 April to 30 June. Quarterly returns were due on 20 April and 20 July, and corporation tax on 27 July. The 20 October deadline is still to come. And according to the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria), businesses that pay corporation tax must adapt their invoicing software before 1 January 2027, with or without Verifactu. Everyone else must do so before 1 July 2027. Each deadline is a search your website can answer.
The same details everywhere
Your clients can check your membership. In Castellón and Valencia they have the directory of the Valencia Association of Economists (Colegio de Economistas de Valencia), the Register of Administrative Agents (Registro de Gestores Administrativos) and the search tool of the Castellón Association of Labour Relations Advisers (Colegio de Graduados Sociales). Name, address and phone number must match on the website, the Google Business Profile and the professional association’s register.

Guides and resources for your sector
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to what people ask us before we start.
Do you work with small firms?
Yes. We focus on firms of 3 to 10 people, for which a business client is worth a lot over the years. If your case does not fit what we do, we will tell you.
How do I avoid enquiries that only ask about price?
With a website that explains who you work for and a form that asks for the type of client, volume and service. It does not eliminate them all, but it lets you reply quickly to the ones that fit.
What must appear on the website by law?
As well as the legal notice and privacy policy, if you practise a regulated profession the LSSI requires you to state your professional association, your membership number, your qualification and the applicable professional rules. Your association may require something more, such as the “Ga” mark for administrative agents.
Can I put client reviews on the website?
Yes, if they are real and the client authorises it. Some codes of professional conduct, such as the economists’ code, prohibit mentioning clients without their express authorisation. If you show reviews on the website, explain whether you guarantee they are genuine and how you process them. They must also refer to services used in the 30 days before the date of each review (article 20.4 of the Consumer Protection Act, Ley de Consumidores). And on Google, never in exchange for discounts or gifts.
When does my website need to be ready?
Before demand peaks. To win income tax clients, by early March at the latest. For companies, well before July. Ideally, publish the content for each deadline at least a month in advance.
Does this also work for payroll firms and administrative agencies (gestorías)?
Yes. The searches and the calendar change, but the method is the same: one page per service and type of client, a well-managed Google Business Profile and a form that screens enquiries.
