Where does the result come from?
From the criteria in our guide to Framer, WordPress and custom code. Each answer adds points to one or two options. If you say in question 2 that an established plugin exists, WordPress wins. If there is a tie, it comes down to who edits and who maintains the website.
Do you store my answers?
No. The test runs in your browser. If you accept analytics, we only record which result you get, never your answers.
Do you build websites with all three technologies?
Yes. We build websites in Framer, WordPress and custom code, and we choose based on who is going to edit them and who is going to maintain them. That is why the test does not push you towards any of them.
Does the result affect how my website will rank?
Not in itself. Google asks the same of any website: that its crawler can access it, that the page works and that it has indexable content. All three options meet this if they are well built.
